The problem is the institutions do no vote!
Last time 271 million out of 2540 million shares voted for “yes”, less than 15% voted. And these directors and associates hold 275 million. That means they can award themself shares as many as they like. ASX should have rules such as, the ballot will not be valid if less than 50% number of shares voted , and the ballot will not be valid if less than 50% of number of shareholders voted.
