Hi @ad0, yes it appears directors might chip-in $110k...perhaps the final decision (to chip-in or not chip-in) depends on whether or not they get a majority nod to receive options for past services. The Summary of terms of agreement (for Directors paying themselves 40 million options unrelated to the recent CR) appears to be that there is no agreement for those types of payments...ADG abracadabra circus magic.
