If he won, that's great but it would take a monumental effort to fight these cronies in court. No way the system works for the retail/minority holders These cronies are experts on working within the system. They got caught out once before (ISX) but cont to do the same bs over and over again throughout the ASX. Once they hold a significant portion of SOI minority /retail are powerless. Zero. Nothing. Zilch of power. That's why they work so hard get the pumps going , get BS experts to support their stories, pump some more, reward more perf shares .
I wish it wasn't so but it def is. Ask
