To be honest none of their other projects excite me and I’d rather the funds be returned to shareholders.
Vanadium prices are low and at current prices even more advanced projects aren’t worth developing. Magnetite deposits require a large amount of capital and should be left to the majors. The gold project is in its infancy where they are still determining drill targets.
A current share price of 31c suggests the market feels the same way as the deal is to sell just the Robe Iron project for 43c / share equivalent.
I’d rather vote for a 43c takeover where shareholders get the cash themselves. Miracle can have the other projects for free. GLTAHs
