they are only doing this consolidation just to issue more shares to LDA cause they want to issue a lower amount for the million dollars each time.
they are broke, people have going past kat gap site and there is no activity all the info garf has posted is from years ago . if anyone actually listens to him you will just lose . stay away from gold mine shares as the only one who makes money is the gold mine.
you can make more money buying etf's then you will ever in CLZ that is my advice
