    But the second decline in value hasn't had a chance to happen yet . Lets see if it follows the last progression , of 15c cents to .01cents .
    For example , 5 cents to 0.1 cents.
    But what's changed with management from the last consolidation ? What's going to hold the share price up this time ?
    I would be getting out on the open.DYOR
