the only thing this director ever did was file a S203D & S249D after he got caught out leaking sensitive information by the board as a selllout.
And one can conclude he is also therefore directly responsible for destruction of shareholder value.
he was only ever put on the board as a director placeholder in 2021 following the exit of another director which resulted in a temporary suspension .
He wouldn't know an API if he fell over one.
