My question is why didn't the 249D include resolutions to remove the new directors?
Meeting is being held 8/4, so earliest 249D could have been received is 9/2.
Was it an oversight?
New directors were announced on 9/2, so it is possible they were not announced until 249D was issued, but that would mean they were lined up ready for the 249D beforehand - that is you could find and have they agree to directorship in early hours of the same day.
