How many votes against him do you think he has to see before he pulls the plug?Agreed no point removing him if he stays a as a silent partner. What entitles him to consultant fees when he could have just be civil at the start and worked with them and stay as a Director. Its like weve done a complete circle for 3 months with everyone already knowing the end result.
Time and money wasted, nothing more.
Imagine the lawyer fees, consulting fees, mgmt fees, all that crap during t he last 3 months only to get to the same result...
