The other thing is BB has a crap load of shares, so staying on as a consultant might mean he still gets a say on how the business is run? Is that why they have offered a consultant role for him because of his shareholding, they dont want to upset him?

I am genuinely confused here on what the end goal is now. 6 directors and a consultant would be roadkill no? I wonder how chieftain will react to this and whether they think its too much to handle and just sell out. Considering the lateness of the announcement, tomorrow will determine what they are thinking
