BB to get paid as a consultant instead of a Director.
The only thing Im confused about is if they vote BB to step down and those 3 directors to stay on that'll mean we will have 6 directors and how will a majority vote work within the board when there is essentially 3 v 3 (considering this new board dont want those 3 guys to go on the board or stay on).
Also who steps up as Managing Director.
Like will this mean we will have to have a further AGM vote to vote the other 3 directors out (considering they dont have any shares in the company?)
So not only could drag 2 months now but a further 2 months on that so 4 months away?
I cant see how some of these shareholders will wait that long. All this and we havent even got a vend or anything, so June till anything happens, dead money essentially.
Can someone clear all this up, genuinely that confused on what they are trying to achieve here.
