This would seem to indicate to me that management believes more funds need to be raised in the next 12 months and they don’t want to have to come back and ask. If there is no positive results in the next 8 months raise will be at half what it is now and concurrently dilution larger. Potential still there, doesnt fill me with me butterflies though. It’s rolling the dice, good drilling results it may pay off but still highlights they foresee a need for cash either way. No results from drilling… make your own mind up
