They know they can double the resource this season to 400kt, with potential for even higher grade. They are shooting for a 150% increase to 500kt. Meanwhile they will be doing some deeper drilling because the exploration thesis is compelling. They already have a business at surface.
Simultaneously they will be progressing everything that’s needed to shore up the incredibly low capex DSO business model-
This has all been stated in interviews and presentations. Nothing guaranteed, but they left “ a lot of meat on the bone” with the initial resource.
They will be looking to get those September options exercised which will bring in cash. May not need a raise for quite some time.
Not much downside and fabulous upside- in my view. Copper price not hurting!!
