    Resolution 2 to 6... Transferring ownership to H&G....

    Resolution 7 to 9... Enriching Directors (if it all turns around - otherwise they'll also be holding a pup)...

    Resolution 10... Enticing someone to handle the mess...

    Resolution 11... Enriching the long suffering retail shareholders...
