i recall LIN had a similar event a year back, where there was a large trade or CR at a hefty premium to market, then the thing went for a monster run from 3c up to 40c plus helped by the bull market in rare earths though.

nevertheless, someone or a consortium - as it could be a consolidation of interests under a new structure, have paid $2.5m for a chunky stake - you don't pay that sort of money and don't expect a decent return on investment ...

now the old guard have been flushed out, i'm going to see if the suriving board members can get this thing back into the teens, if not higher
