That's all well and good (having a higher strike price than the current CR options), but it never ceases to amaze me that these so called 'business leaders' have the temerity to ask for 'performance rights' when their own performance and decision making has been questionable (as evidenced by the SP).

I'm more than happy to reward performance where it is due - but DR needs to put some wins on the board - before he deserves any sort of recognition. I accept that he appears to be bending over backwards to get CAI back into shape (and I'll back those moves by applying for shares in the SPP), but it was his performance (decision making) and lack of foresight that has got us into this current situation - is he prepared to pay back part of his previous S&W and performance rights for that 'lack of performance'? Doubt it.

DR needs runs on the board before he is entitled to any 'performance' rights!! AIMO

Just reading that he's put his hand out for these rights, is very disappointing.
