the market will surely see it as a red flag. When a CEO is not backing himself or maybe he's thinking:
why participate when you know you'll get millions of options ( shares ) at the AGM?
the 30,000,000 options that he has will only cost 30k to convert so they are basically shares
not a bad 'performance' bonus for being the "custodian of the shareholder's investment"
