Ohhh.... looks like Paul thinks there might be a "Change of Control" on the horizon, which will automatically satisfy his performance rights. See 8 of Schedule 2.
Does this confirm we have buyers sniffing around or is Paul just making sure he has a decent payout should he become unemployed if we get taken over?
