Firstly.... I think the stretch goal should have the most reward!
Secondly... $2.88 million generous! Might have to look for some comparisons!)
Thirdly... on a positive note, the milestones themselves are logical enough and hopefully achievable.
I still don't understand why management were not buying stock at $0.04...... that would have showed far greater confidence that getting 'free shares'.
