to be fair most of that has been able to be pieced together from the various announcements starting with the GM Resolutions voting notes where the orginal Convertible Notes Terms were posted, and the subsequent Issue of Securities.
@stevenjd there's nothing in here about conversion for less than floor price, you would think if that has happened and therefore been an alteration of the Terms of the Notes then it'd be included within this Meeting / Proxy form detail ?
