So do we read this as "we've come to agreement with our incoming US IPO investors on a new incentive plan to be implemented prior to advancing the IPO"?
The timing seems to suggest that this has been deferred until this critical point and that something has transpired which necessitates getting this done before the IPO.
If so, is there any obligation to disclose the status of the IPO?
