These performance rights are excessive.....with ridiculous vesting conditions....simple permitting and governance milestones....must be voted down.....only acceptable milestones should be BFS, FID, Funding and first sales...it's becoming a lifestyle company with a rinse repeat capital raising cycle...on performance to date they do not deserve them...an absolute p take
