A Token "objection" will not influence PDI Management ----- Their's, is the BIG PICTURE ----- Establish a Tier ONE Gold Mine!
Major Shareholders will more than likely have a similar Objective ---- Performance shares and options are likely to receive a significant Vote FOR the ALL of the Motions put forward (If History is any Guide)....... I simply dont wish to "Vote"...... For over 30 Years, I have never voted at a Company's General Election ---- I dont intend to start now..
On a Personal Note, If I am ever disappointed with overall performance by a Company Board, I SELL my Holding, Totally!
