The wasters claim they are to receive 13.5 million as the first payment from AuResources, but they say it's been delayed. Instead, they claimed they have only received around $300K, but they have to pay the balance $350K payment for the Forestania leases to Rividium at the end of the month. It is difficult keeping up with it all . They have extended the cap raise twice. They are all over the place, the deals are mostly delayed.
The cap raise is about 300 percent out of the money. It's at four-tenths of a cent & as many as you want can be bought on-market at one-tenth. There seem to be over a billion shares now .
It's going to be interesting, how many go on the sell side, as I can't see a lot of buying. The next 20 top shareholders' notice should be interesting, especially IDA, Whead & Au Resources.
Anyone who bought before the 2 consolidations has been wiped out. Anyone who bought after the first consolidation has been seriously hurt financially. After the second consolidation, the shares traded up to 2.1 cents down to a tenth of a cent, where it is now. Very hard to see how anyone could be in front.
The ones who could be in front are the financiers who provided money and the few recipients who received shares issued below a tenth of a cent . It looks like the company is trying to get convertible note holders to convert, but that doesn't look all attractive if they have to get in a queue behind 247 million in order to sell. The ones who have been protected from the massive devaluation is the convertible note holders who have just converted around one-tenth of a cent. Very few retail investors would be in front.
The way it is trading ,it sure doesn't look like a company that is supposed to be receiving 65 million , such is the level of skepticism they are held in by the market.
