They have wrecked and undermined the on-market trading of the stock , by issuing off-market stock to the finance companies & share brokers via the convertible notes at below one tenth of a cent . But the public can't buy it on market for less than one -tenth.
Or the public can pay 4 times that in the cap raise. What a stuff up. What they are doing ,is exploiting an annomaly.


It all goes to prove, the only use they see for the public is to make money indirectly from, via market sales. For them public's role is to buy stock on market at a higher price than the private deals are done off- market via the convertible notes, where their is no minimum set price
This round-robbin, on market for the public & and off-market for the brokers & financiers means the company makes money indirectly by avoiding the company Law that requires shareholders and institutions/ brokers to pay the same price for shares, in both the institutional & public shareholder offers. What a scam.
That is , they use these convertible notes , to make money for the company , indirectly by getting capital providers to sell the discounted stock that they obtained , at a higher price to the public . CLZ are in effect acting as a market host , or alternate stock exchange.
The company is selling convertible notes to the wholesaler, who resells them retail to the public at a profit . This is how you 'play the markets' and avoid producing anything, such as gold in this instance.

It is the arbitary , minimum fixed lowest price for sales on the stock market that allows this to occur. They are indirectly acting as a stock broker. They are creating money out of thin air , via business deals utilizing the stock market . It is purely a scam to relieve the public of their money .
