Night , oh i see now , so the 350k balance is due by 31st July or they'll pay 12 per cent interest on it after that.
What I don't understand is what's the hurry, there is an agreement in place , Rividium can't reasign the leases . So why has CLZ agreed to pay 12 per cent interest after 31st July - this seems unecessary.
So they got to get the Cap Raise done .
