What about all these company loans at 33 per cent interest per annum. Is the reason they are not converted to shares, that they are too lucrative.This is a wroute because they are on exorbitant short term rates, but they are being held long term.
Some of these are many years old and the principle would have been paid in interest. Shareholders are paying these interest rates. The company should specify those held by associated parties.
Why are these loans left unpaid , when the company is trying to spend $400k on acquiring the Forestania leases.
