Pika, you know they are held by EEA, and no-one else?. They have no impact on share price movements in the interim, and you can bet they get exercised as soon as the CP's have been met, as they hand full control to EEA for 7 cents.
Still haven't been advised whether any more of the August 24 options have been converted, but if unconverted, EEA will have ~54% after exercising their 500m.
Any idea what % of CAY shares their UEA mates (but unrelated of course) are holding?
