I have just voted AGAINST in all of my entities.

Whilst Hohnen does need to pay up $1.5 Mill to convert all of these 10c Options, if there was a positive spin to this deal, that would be it.
However I can't help but express, I feel a 14/15 cent conversion rate (Double the price of the 7c Options) would have been a much more fair and equitable package, in my humble opinion.

If Hohnen has as much faith in CAY, as the board have in him, in his upgraded paid role as "Executive Chairman", 14c should be waters off a duck's back for him. Especially if he is as good as lead to believe. Proofs in the pudding. Get the share price back to 20c and beyond and reap the rewards.

I doubt us pleb shareholders will be able to stop the inevitable, but every vote counts and at the very least it does show, that some of us "More Vocal" plebs still have a voice.

I'm sure Mr Gaurav Gupta, representing EEA's 41.38% holding will vote in favour. As per page 6 of the GENERAL MEETING - NOTICE AND PROXY FORM, anyone on the register are entitled to vote. Therefore if EEA, WMA and MR GAUTAM KUMAR SARRAF vote in favour as I would expect, that is 50.49% of the yes votes already. What will be, will be. (Copy from Page 6 attached below for your reference).
