    The board is letting us down - sounds like a Kogan deal. The problem with options is that you need to generate a margin of safety in share price to be able to exercise them. Not sure why they are watering down the CEO's share price hurdles. If they are going to change the deal - make it fair for shareholders and increase the option exercise price IMO.
