    I dont have a problem with director performance rights - the sp has to get to at least 6.5c VWAP for 5 consecutive days to have an intrinsic value. I think its good for directors to be motivated.

    Im not so keen on issuing out free shares to media outlets. If the company is performing, the action and news will take care of itself.
