Its the same if you do not vote at the election.
Only shareholders without options can vote, which I mentioned yestday, which dB confirmed to you.
That removes conflict.
Looking at the top 20, most fpo holders, do not hold the options, and the top option holders are scarce in the fpo top 20.
So most top 20 fpo will be eligible to vote, as most do not hold options as mentioned above.
I doubt they will approve as they have nothing to gain.
