They can not be given for free, there has to be a nominal price for accounting purposes.
I notice if your a heads holder and option holder.
Entitled to the issue, you can not vote.
It will be interesting as the only votes will be from non option holders.
Will be a big ask to get up with over 600m new options.
Should have been two resolutions within regards to options.
