Difference being they are getting an option to buy, slightly higher than the current share price, half a cent higher than the recent investment from MIF/Zim investors……with 3 years to take it up at what should well and truly be a massive discount to the then share price. This is nothing even remotely close to buying on market and putting their money where their mouth is so I sincerely hope they don’t use that reasoning, my bs detector is fully charged awaiting the GM.
