They can buy on market IF they don't have sensitive information.....which they currently would have given farm in negotiations.
The positive is that eventually the holders, assuming the price is above strike, have to convert.
7,000,000 @ .105c = $735k.
The other thing to bear in mind for all those set on voting the options down is IF they are voted down the company will seek alternate way to renumerate.....which IMO means they will take cash instead which IMO is worse than the cheap strike price so I suggest everyone think carefully before pulling the NO vote trigger.
