I told you all its a sneaky attempt to get these through without a strike issued on the company. All they need is 51 percent and no strike will be issued
If they attempted this at the agm and had 25percent vote no to the renumeration report would be a strike.
If they were to attempt it again because of a failure at the egm at the agm it would probably be free options at like 20c strike which would get through no company likes strikes as 2 will mean a vote for a board spill
