Logged in to do same YES to 1-4 No on 5-9. These guys get paid plenty already for quartering the share price and saying things are imminent that aren't etc.
Still believe in the companies prospects but performance bonuses are ridiculous at this juncture when there hasn't been any and the company pays them millions in renumeration all told anyway.
If we actually see some performance in share price terms, I'm all for it. But the strike price would need to be 30c+ IMHO
