Some might be getting theirs by old fashioned post.

Retail shareholders still have some power in the voting. As time goes on and the zim government and other special deals happen for shares, we'll notice a shift in the voting power. Seen it happen in other stocks usually when the larger investors come on board. At that point it's easier for them to get their votes simply by appeasing a few holders.

I'll be voting no on performance shares on the lack of SP performance to date. Still grieves me I supported the last raise and not even a token effort by them. No freebies until things get back on track. So cheeky to ask after sp has dropped on their watch but this is not the only company where this crap happens.
