    As much as I dislike CR's, I think it would be prudent at this time to offer the retail investors a CR that is favourable to us and that it shows a commitment to the retail investors from the company.
    I would say that there would have to be strict criteria for the use of the CR, in regards that it is used Onsite to advance the actual operations going forward.
    Just my thoughts
