The answer is simple.
Management are issuing options instead of taking cash.
Like it or not retail probably will get voted over.

IF SM goes to this vote without an announcement, then you reap what you sow but I’m not going to cut my nose off despite my face, in other words I’d rather they got options that could bring the company cash than have to pay 1.1 million extra out of cash reserves.
One could make the argument we are way too top heavy atm.
Basically heard nothing from the newbies.
Are they adding value?
I haven’t seen any from them yet overtly.
