Agreed on the other NEDs. Have added no value to be seen except misleading statements regarding PPSA. If there’s stuff in the background great, but that hasn’t come to fruition. While in SMs other gig as a NED he writes all the announcements it seems, unlike our ones. I would assume the Company Secretary was also the one coming up with this great mathematical equation to get them to 10.5c options, while the rest of us are stuck with 20c ones.

I do go back to the hiring of the CFO however. It would defy belief why this role stared unless there’s some uptick in activity.
