Pretty sure that resolutions 1 and 2 are to ratify the Mutapa shares already issued in Tranche 1 that were above their placement capacity and required approval, along with Tranche 2. If you vote them down Mutapa don't get those shares and we don't get the extra $.

Also, everyone should note the wording in the 1/8/24 announcement:
"As announced to the ASX on 29 July 2024, the investment also firms up a pathway to finalise the Petroleum Production Sharing Agreement (“PPSA”"
So once the GM is held and resolutions passed the PPSA can be finalised.
