    Mmmm what I don't understand is if resolution 1 and 2 are voted down how they could issue the shares?

    I thought a separate vote under rule 7.1 was required to pass the CR capacity?
    IF IVZ have, which they absolutely have, exceeded their placement capacity, voted on last year HOW can they issue the shares if resolution 1 and 2 fails?
    To me it looks as though someone has cocked up.
    Anyone care to comment?
