Thanks @Poppovichy - I thought it looked like it was in person only, but thought it unusual in current times and even more so given there was an online option last year.
Perhaps if someone is attending, they could ask a question along the following lines:
"Given that the technology is widely available to live stream AGMs cost effectively, that it is becoming common practice to do so and that last year's AGM was live-streamed, what was the reason for not making this year's AGM available to be viewed online?"
