100% Agree. Their measure excludes any shareholder sentiment. Purely financial. The dilution could bring the SP back down to 2.9c which I doubt as Fortescue have entered at 3.4c. Sentiment is high, with proven wells and a solid exploration plan. There's always a possibility of short term pain.
