208m FP pro forma, is pricing it at a shell of 2m mc, at 1c.
With 1.5m cash.

Its essentially recapitalized, to the point of being able to relist, and then look for a better asset to acquire.
It originally added the lithium flavor of the day, because of the sector heat.
Perhaps that can just sit in the background until lithium 3.0, or they ditch and acquire anything else.
I reckon they should follow C29 into Kazakhstan as a uranium hunter. (holding C29)

The destruction in value from investors who got in a magnitude higher is obvious.
Its a question of whether emotions dictate that we sell into shell value, or just wait for them to acquire something better to move ahead with. Certainly there will be buyers who see the shell valuation, as where it is priced by the placement participants. When you price it at the basement, you are betting that there is some kind of potential to rebound, even from 1c to 2c etc.

Another Lithium disaster really. Many that joined the me too movement, were tarnished when the lithium price dumped, and only the credible discoveries positioned themselves with advanced assets to have some of the markets trust, to re float in lithium 3.0
