why is the company issuing all these free shares and options to all these directors who have let this share price shrink the last 12 months? I'm so confused as to why they think they should benefit from diluting the existing share holders when nothing has been done. and why is Peter rubenstein getting $10m shares and $10m options??? seriously this is a joke. this company is just handing out shares to their mates on board while us shareholders get further and further diluted. I suppose it is one way to no dilute these so called directors (lifestyle directors more accurately)! I'll be voting a fat NO to all these amendments for free director shares. how about we see some increases in share price before issuing free shares to everyone first?
