Blake should stay, he's new blood/very recent appointment that I can't see being an Asimwe stooge. He has the experience LIN needs right now.
Wei should stay, he has a huge amount of skin in this game, and a lot of the right connections - this includes in China - and I have absolutely no issue with a Chinese partner.
