So if you want this all to be over, why were you quoting your "letter to shareholders" that noone else got, saying that the asx had approved trading once the Kat Gap sale had occurred? This is not true. But it would deter shareholders from taking ac tion to have the company wound up and a tax loss would be obtained.
You cant have it both ways. You seem to be working an agenda to stop suffering shareholders get a tax loss and move on.
