After creating 35.5 billion shares & destroying 34 billion of them with 2 massive consolidations, they want to sell the project that shareholders helped finance & pay out their creditors & keep 1.7 million dollars for themselves & give their shareholders nothing of what is left. I believe LDA should be prevented from voting their shareholding in the upcoming vote because they have a vested interest in the outcome as they are an interested party. I will ring the ASX about this matter.
